Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) obligations
Countryside Finance are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and as such we are obliged to make clear to all customers that we broker for a selection of funders in the agricultural finance market who pay commissions to us for business brokered.
In deciding where to place this business , a number of factors have to be considered, such as:
- Customer requirements
- Payment history
- Complexity of proposal and the risk level for both customer and lender
- Funder service levels and appetite for business from the funders
- Asset quality and other relevant issues
Funders may pay us commission for deals brokered.
Finance repayments may be affected by both the commission received and the type of finance that is required.
We comply with all relevant Data Protection and GDPR
Personal information which you provide to us may be used for business purposes including:
- To keep records of your requirements
- To prepare paperwork for your finance application
- For accounting and regulatory purposes
